The massively popular game is still dominating the charts on iPhone/iPad app store, and now works on your computer’s web browser thanks to html5.
The game loads in all modern browsers, the it works best in the Google Chrome web browser. The game relies heavily on html5 technologies and heavy scripting, and Chrome has a reputation for very fast script rendering.
You can simply go to: http://chrome.angrybirds.com/ in your current web browser and start killing pigs right away.
But for the best and smoothest experience, try it out in Google Chrome:
- Get Google Chrome is you don’t already have it.
- Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore
- Search for Angry Birds, and click Install.
It will pin the Angry Birds web app to your “new tab” page (like in the image above), so you can launch it from there. Even though it’s a web app, it is able to save your progress and your scores in your browser without having to log in. How neat is that?
